Tooth Fairy projects around the world

From local visits to projects spanning the globe, the Tooth Fairy Children’s Foundation is truly living the mission to provide every child worldwide with a toothbrush, education and access to dental care. A mandate to improve dental health worldwide

• Raise awareness and engage the dental community in providing dentistry globally for children in need.
• Encourage donations to our Foundation to realize the Foundation’s objectives.
• Distribute toothbrushes, toothpaste and oral hygiene education to children in need.
• Promote the teaching of effective oral hygiene and nutrition (where applicable) – specifically targeted for children, but educating adults/parents as well.
• Organize donations of dental supplies and equipment for dentists and related parties such as dental assistants, dental hygienists, physicians, etc. that are providing relief of dental pain and trauma, such as restorations and/or extractions of teeth, specifically for children in need.
• Provide checklists and a template for a business plan for dentists to organize the provision of volunteer dentistry – whether within the community or elsewhere, such as neighboring communities, or as far away as developing countries.
• Create curriculum and provide training for local individuals to provide oral hygiene education, cleanings, anesthetic, extractions and the potential for other basic dentistry.
• Learn from and work with existing foundations and groups to leverage our impact.
• Work with other organizations to build dental clinics that will primarily be run by volunteers.
