As a non-profit charitable organization, the Tooth Fairy Children’s Foundation relies on its Board of Directors for advice and governance. We are fortunate to have assembled a board that represents a wide variety of expertise and experience in the professional field.
CoraMarie Clark BSDH MBA aka Toothena the Tooth Fairy, shares her magic and brings out the smiles in children. She is an author and consultant in the dental industry who speaks at international dental conferences and other organizations.
Mark Victor Hansen is the Foundation Co-Founder in the U.S. and is Co-Author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series that has sold over 110 million copies. Mark’s message has reached over 2 million people in North America.
Dennis Nerland LLP, Chairman of the Board, is a partner of Shea Nerland Calnan LLP and practices primarily in the areas of tax and trust law. Dennis is a director of a number of private and public companies.
Moe Kassam CA, Treasurer, is a self-employed Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in accounting and taxation. His clients include dental, medical, veterinary, engineering, financial services, oil and gas.
Roger Jewett CA, Secretary, specializes in leading companies through rapid growth. As President, Roger took a publicly listed interactive marketing firm to become Alberta’s second fastest growing company in 2007.
John VanderVelden is the Manager of Patterson Dental, and is currently serving Patterson as the Calgary Branch Manager with duties covering Western Canada. John has been with Patterson for 24 years.
Dr. Craig Young DDS is a dentist and medical acupuncturist with special interest in the treatment of chronic pain, rehabilitation, dental reconstruction, preventive dentistry and wellness.
Paul Fisher, owner of Rubix Investment Solutions, works alongside the industry’s top professionals to develop complete comprehensive financial plans to grow, protect and maintain assets.
